Wednesday 27th Oct'10, 2 of my colleagues tender to resign, all of us shock and another colleagues Maggie last day. Immediately my boss ask "N" to meeting room for asking why ... He decided to discuss this issue on our sales meeting this Friday. Then today S&M Meeting becomes self-criticism Meeting. We never talk about sales figure by region in the meeting. The Whole meeting is discussing about " what's your concern on jobs you handle ", "What'smakes you unhappy?" ," Any comment about your boss" .....

I'm satisfy with today's meeting.
